I saw a picture of Patrick Swayze smoking. The photo was taken a few weeks ago, since being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. To me it seems like he is counterating the treatment he is receiving. It seems as if the treatment is pointless if he is not going to quit. What do you think?

I would think he would do everything necessary to overcome the odds of beating cancer. I know his doctors have warned him that he is at serious risk if he continues smoking, however it doesn't appear that he is taking their advice.
